Our clients are strictly Top Tier whose product offerings and services are hip, contemporary and very current. You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in.


Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.

Are you interested in eating healthy and living your best life? ModSquad has partnered with a client that delivers freshly cooked, fully prepared meals directly to customers' doors! If you have a passion for helping others reach their optimum healthy and happy place – this project is for you!

ModSquad's Mods on this project will handle responsibilities that include omnichannel support via ZenDesk, and communication with the client via Slack. Shift assignments vary, but calls and chats will not be at the same time. Mods on this project working during business hours Sunday through Friday must be available to take calls.

Rate Range:

$9 – $11 per hour

Project Hours Needed (all times Pacific):

Sunday – Friday, between 9 am and 2 pm

Sundays, 12-4 a must.


10 hours per week

90 days



What We Are Looking For:

  • an interest in healthy living
  • laid-back, but with a professional approach
  • has a passion for writing, grammar, and communication
  • has interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude that makes the customer feel like they are part of the team
  • has the ability to take a lot of constructive feedback and make adjustments
  • is confident, charismatic, and has the ability to think outside of the box
  • familiarity with Zendesk or similar CS platforms
  • experience with live support (chat, phone and tickets)

Workspace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Please note:  A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.)
  • Quality headset 
  • Quiet workspace to take calls 
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
