Test Support Technician

Our maintenance team are expanding so we have an exciting opportunity for a highly talented Test Support Technician to join us.
You will provide technical support for all shop floor test equipment to ensure that the organisation is able to fulfil its commitments to its customers in terms of product delivery by ensuring that Quality, Availability and Productivity are maintained at the required performance levels.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide support for all production test equipment, jigs and fixtures (repair and maintenance).
- Support the Maintenance team in the creation of operating procedures, preventative maintenance procedures and records.
- Ensure input of maintenance and calibration records are detailed and accurately maintained to ensure continued compliance with our quality management system.
- Analyse and continually improve equipment performance by working with Production Staff and Engineering, and by monitoring yield KPI’s.
- Utilise the automated reporting tools to analyse and improve equipment performance.
- Work closely with the Test solutions team to identify equipment and processes suitable for CI.
