Telephony Project Manager

The location is home based with a few days a month onsite (Warwickshire).

The role is an IT Project Manager and will effectively be a Workstream lead within the telephony element of the Networks and Telephony programme.

The succesful candidate will report into the Telephony programme from a day to day perspective.

Key skills, experience, qualities:

  • Experience relating to the deployment of a SaaS telephony solution; any experience of RingCentral or NICE CCaaS is a significant bonus
  • Someone who can take a leadership role within the team, prepared to take on responsibility and use their own initiative
  • They will be leading team members so must have experience of having done this type of role previously
  • Will need to have strong project management and relevant technical skills demonstrated through significant on the job experience
  • Needs to have experience communicating with key business areas as well as 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience of Call Recording solutions also a bonus
  • Experience of rolling out a new Target Operating Model
  • Financial Services sector experience would be ideal

You will need to be happy taking the lead for your workstream(s) with the delivery team and savvy enough to face off to the business and vendors.
