We are seeking Superintendents for a premier Raleigh General Contractor to oversee new Commercial & Multi-Family projects.

Demonstrated success with employee relations/safety, product quality and on-time delivery are key.

OSHA 30, CPR Certifications required.
Minimum 2-year Associates Degree, preferred 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
3-5 years' progressive experience as Assistant Superintendent, and/or Project Superintendent with a mid-to-large commercial general contractor.
Strong computer skills, specifically packaged construction management software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD and scheduling software a plus.
