We are currently seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, organised and experienced Administrator to work closely with the Summer School team.
The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that boarding allocations, data management, accounts, student reports, excursions, airport transfers, staff support and external communications are suitably organised to ensure high-quality delivery and execution of the Summer School.
The successful candidate will help shape the delivery of our summer school and global education programme in the years to come. This work is critical to the development of our ethos as a school to provide quality global education to a wide range of students both locally and internationally.
The role will provide administrative support in organising the Summer School programme which takes place in July and August. The main duties will include assisting with boarding allocations, data management, accounts, excursions, airport transfers and external communications.
The successful applicant must have previous administrative experience, together with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude towards customer service. It is essential that the candidate is able to work flexibly and is proficient in using all Microsoft Office and Google packages.

This role is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, all-year-round (52 weeks per year). The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, although flexibility in working hours will be required, especially during International Summer School.
