STAFF AND PROGRAM MANAGER

Hotii Ts’eeda is seeking an experienced, confident professional to provide staff and program management and leadership to its’ growing, innovative, solutions-oriented initiatives. This internally-focused position requires a detail oriented Staff and Program Managerwho enjoys leading and managing staff; creating and innovating programs;
and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of results. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in any field, 10+ years experience in staff management and program development, and demonstrate commitment to cultural safety and decolonization.

Educational and experience equivalencies will be considered. Secondments from other governments and organizations are welcome, and flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, this position will be required to work remotely and work arrangements will conform with Tlicho Government COVID-19 precautions for staff.
