Senior Service Agreement Assistant

We are recruiting for a Senior Service Agreement Assistant, who will join our Service Agreement Team working in Adult Social Care Financial Services. We are a changing and evolving service and, as part of the team, you will be central to this, often acting as the first point of contact for the Department.
You will be dealing with calls from Providers and from internal stakeholders.
You will maintain the accuracy of the system when processing care contracts, needing to be proactive and take responsibility for your own work. You will be a key part of the service delivery.
Ideally you will have:
- Good listening skills with a friendly and helpful telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to resolve noncomplex decisions
- Be a team player
- Be able to use a wide range of IT systems such a Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
- You will be a positive, proactive person who possesses a “can do” attitude

The role offers flexible working, with the requirement to work from St Mary’s House for one day per week (minimum), and the remainder from home or another location if you wish.
You will be entitled to 22 days annual leave which rises to 25 days after 5 years’ service. In addition, you are also entitled to 2 statutory days at Christmas as well all bank holidays.
