About the Job:
As a Senior Account Manager your core responsibility will be the delivery of Print projects into a high-profile client. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day-to-day print requirements. You will quickly develop an understanding of your clients business and industry sector. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will be integral to managing supplier relationships; you will review these regularly to ensure all print is delivered with all set SLA. You will be the senior lead within the client services team you will be the first line remediation of any client complaints, operational challenges. As the Senior Account Manager you will take responsibility for the team, both their performance and development.
You will also take the lead on writing reports to provide to line and client alike.
