Sales Development Representative | Ware, Hertfordshire | Full Time | £25,000 depending on experience plus commission (OTE – uncapped)
Espria has an exciting opportunity for you to join their excellent team as an Installation and Maintenance Engineer.

This is a new business hunter role within the mid-market of 50 to 200 employees.
You are responsible for opening up new business opportunities with the objective to introduce that opportunities to a Sales Consultant. You will be discussing the opportunities with potential clients and creating new accounts in any of our trifecta of services, Cloud, Print or Communications.
This role can expand into many different areas in our business. Business Development Executives or an expanded Account Management, Client Role. The future is yours as you grow with our ambitious plans.
If you are intelligent, articulate and have real people skills that can persuade and encourage, this is a great opportunity for you. Training will be given, but we do expect you to have some experience in the Cloud field.

Are you the right person for us?
Have a successful track record of ± 2 years in an IT telephone sales role with complex product offerings
Be tech savvy and be passionate about cutting-edge technologies (keeping up to date with market trends)
Experienced in Managed Services, Cloud Deployments, Cyber Security, Licensing, Print and VoIP/UC is essential
Superb client facing skills to be at the forefront of taking cutting-edge technology and innovation to the mid-market
Excellent communicator and networking skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter with a hunger to excel without compromising team working
Able to think laterally and be a creative deal maker
Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
What will your role as a Sales Development Representative look like?
Develop leads and leverage marketing and networking to create sales opportunities
Work with the sales team to present and introduce opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationship throughout the sales cycle
Understand the business needs of the customer and articulate how an implementation of technology can address those needs
Be proactive in developing & maintaining the required level of knowledge in Cloud technologies, Cyber Security and Bespoke software solutions
