The Client:

A boutique finance firm based in the heart of the City of London.

The Roadshow Coordinator Role:

This role will involve working as part of a close-knit office management team to provide support to a range of individuals across the business and organise roadshows. This a varied role with responsibilities that include but not limited to:

Booking of travel for staff and clients, collating travel itineraries to Europe and the States and liaising with travel agents, hotels and members of staff accordingly

Assist with arranging logistics for roadshows and process invoices and trip expenditures

Inputting and recording of client information and records

Setting up of meetings and AV equipment

Preparation of documents e.g. investor presentations

Reviewing of supplier orders and ensuring office equipment and suppliers are maintained

Ad hoc duties as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office

The Successful Roadshow Coordinator will:

Have previous administration/office experience

Be a real team worker and able to work with a range of individuals effectively

Have a strong attention to detail

Be extremely organised and able to work to deadlines

Additional Information:

Competitive salary

Main hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm with flexibility to work around this as and when needed

Moving forward the company is operating a hybrid model of working – WFH on Mondays & Fridays
