MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation based in London to recruit an Repairs Administrator to join them on a temporary contract.
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-focussed problem solvers who want to make a difference to join our busy repairs team. We would like to hear from anyone who is a great communicator with good computer literacy.
Providing excellent administration/clerical service to repairs department
Liaising with contractors to resolve all jobs raised, effectively communicating with the tenant the whole way through
Make and receive calls and emails from customers and take ownership of the outcomes of the contact
Liaise with local authorities to log and track referrals through to completion
Data entry and spreadsheets
Previous experience of working within an administrative role
Previous experience of working within social housing or repairs is desirable
Proficient ability in using Microsoft office packages including excel
