Job Purpose:
As our Project Accounts Assistant you will work alongside the project controller to accurately report on project financials in line with earned value management.
In doing this you will business partner with the project teams providing financial and admin support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Weekly accrued revenue reporting and weekly project and opportunity cashflow forecasting updates.
  • Monthly project debtor and creditor days calculations and monthly order book analysis.

Non Complex Projects:

  • Monthly revenue and margin calculations and produce various project reports using excel and ODBC’s.
  • Project calculations including retention calcs, pain calcs, DAO vs Schedule 12, DAO vs WAO.
  • Actively provide constructive feedback and support to project teams

The Person;
You will be experienced in a project-based engineering and/or manufacturing environment and be highly competent with financial concepts, cost tracking and reporting.
You will need to be highly orderly, methodical and process driven with good written and oral communication skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills are a distinct advantage.

Minimum of five GCSEs Aiming for financial qualifications such as AAT or CIMA
UK driving licence
