Private Client Tax Assistant Manager / Manager

This prestigious firm is looking for a talented manager or assistant manager, well versed in all aspects of the UK personal taxation of private individuals and businesses. This is a key role within the practice where you will share a variety of responsibilities within the team, to include portfolio management, staff development, and supporting Partners with client matters and growth strategy.
With your commercial acumen, you will be able to identify areas of risk and opportunity and apply this to support your clients with their tax planning and compliance. The client base is broad ranging and includes HNWIs, OMBs, non doms and trusts, amongst others.
Your robust technical knowledge and excellent communication skills will engender trust in your clients, as well as provide support to your team members as necessary. You will also work with Partners on pitches and other marketing initiatives.
It is expected that you will CTA and / or ACA qualified. There is plenty of scope here for progression, but only if you want it. The firm places a high value on supporting the career aspirations of its staff, as well as offering working patterns to enable employees to juggle their work and home lives effectively.
This role may be based in Nottingham or Birmingham, dependant on applicant preference.
The Assistant Manager grade will also be eligible for paid overtime.
