SumUp enables merchants to offer state-of-the-art payment solutions for their online businesses. This tribe plays a key role in working towards SumUp’s vision of operating a 360° full-cycle payments solution provider.
As a PreSales Representative, you'll be a key contributor to the UK sales team’s overall success.
What you'll do

Contact inbound prospects in accordance with planned goals

Pay attention to engagement time to contact prospects in the shortest possible time.

Leverage SumUp POS tools to capture qualification information in a standardized manner and maintain high data quality.

Promote the SumUp POS ecosystem and address potential objections to strengthen future customer engagement.

Convert as many qualification calls as possible into appointments for Account Executives, in line with SumUp POS objectives

Reactivate leads as appropriate.
About you

Fluent in English both written and spoken

Advanced Excel knowledge

Strong telephone presence and experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Listening and presentation skills
-
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

Self-starter, highly motivated, goal oriented, fearless, ambitious, team player

Previous experience in the F&B (food and beverage) sector is a plus
-
Knowledge of Hubspot / Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus

Data driven to make the right decisions
