They are a real success story who have grown significantly over the last few years despite COVID's influence and have already secured their £100 Million turnover target for this financial year and have a great pipeline for 2023-24 already.

The Role:

They are now in a position to add a Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor to their regional team due to the growth of their business and an increasing number of new projects in their pipeline.

The role is to work on interesting £Multi Million projects, current projects are valued from £3 Million – £50 Million. 

The role is typically focussed on schemes at RIBA Stages 2-4 prior to handover to the Project Quantity Surveyors as projects hit site. 

They use Modern Methods of Construction so an awareness or experience of this would be handy but isn't a pre-requisite.

On-going support and development will be provided by the Pre-Construction team and the Commercial Managers and Directors.

The role is largely office based with occasional site visits and home working if required.

Feasibility Studies

Early stage Cost Advice

Bid Management / Client Negotiations

Value Engineering

Market Testing 

Supplier Negotiations 

Subcontract / Package Procurement

You:

You will have worked for a building contractor in a Pre-construction QS, Surveyor/Estimator or Project Quantity Surveying role previously.

They would also be interested to speak with Intermediate Quantity Surveyors who are ready to take on more responsibility and are adept at supporting your development

You will be based in or be able to commute to the North West of England.

You will be IT literate and have a great understanding of construction contracts.
