Our client is seeking an experienced PA to join their Private Clients team and provide efficient, confidential and high quality secretarial, administrative and organisational to support to their Executive Directors. This will include travel arrangements and diary management, maintaining documentation and correspondence, processing expense claims, dealing with clients by telephone and email, arranging payments, producing reports, organisation of meetings, and generally contributing to the smooth running of the department by providing ad hoc assistance and support as required.
Candidates should have a good level of IT literacy, proven administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels. You will need to be able to work collaboratively across the team, with a solution driven attitude and a flexible, energetic and enthusiastic approach.
