What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: People Operations Partner (field-based)

Location: Regional, South

Salary: £45,000 + car

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • With the Regional Manager, develop people plans for each region to proactively develop the business from a people perspective and improve engagement levels
  • Drive improvements in Employee Engagement across your Region
  • Provide best practice advice and support in under-performing venues
  • Coaching Line Managers & decision makers to ensure that they are able to make clear and effective recruitment decisions
  • Where the need dictates, facilitate recruitment events and/or assessment centres
  • Overseeing the Performance Excellence process to ensure that consistency is achieved across the region
  • Administrate consistency reviews and identify any challenges to the delivery of the outcome distribution
  • Ensure a talent pipeline to fill future management resourcing needs
  • Take responsibility for any relevant HR projects

What is the company looking for?

  • 3 years+ Advisor/Partner experience required
  • Retail / leisure industry experience desirable
  • Experience across a multi-site environment / in a field-based role
  • Current driver's license held
  • Excellent communication skills
