WA have just taken on an exciting opportunity with an IT service provider firm who are looking for a new Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis.
The Part-time Administrator Role:
With their London office based in the heart of London, this newly-created role in the firm will be to partly provide administrative support to the Office and HR Teams to ensure the smooth running of the business. Duties will involve but are not limited to:
Ongoing liaison with clients and employees
Supporting with HR administration
Co-ordination of internal staff events
Implementing business strategies and plans
Providing support to the Executive Assistant, as and when needed
Providing general administrative assistance to internal departments
The Successful Part-time Administrator will:
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be friendly and personable with a "muck-in" approach to their work
The ability to keep calm and work well under pressure
Be able to adapt when needed
Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently and effectively
Have strong IT and MS Office skills

Standard hours: 09:00am – 17:30pm
Salary: £30k as a full-time equivalent
Hybrid working structure: 1 day working from home, ideally Fridays
