Hours of work: 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours a week, 22:00-06:00 (with 1 out of 4 weekly being 20:00-04:00)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the site to deliver their operational training objectives through reviewing and auditing materials and create new training resources in line with SOPs

  • Develop and maintain relationships with operational and support managers to ensure effective channels of communication

  • Support and Deliver SOP writing, and training of new Partners and the contingent workforce

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality keeping all files in compliance with the Data Protection Act. 

  • Issue data reporting to the Training Manager and Site management, to ensure training registers and matrices are kept up to date

  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience for Partners, Agency, customers and suppliers on site by organising training or refresher training (as required) for Partners and agency colleagues

  • Provide and contribute to continual improvement initiatives for the team and/ or site

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of working within a logistics/supply chain environment.

  • Previous experience in a training environment

  • Management of Partner and Agency relationships

 

What else you may bring:

  • A Level/Degree educated or equivalent

  • Capable of covering other operations to provide support as required

Duties and Responsibilities

To lead and motivate the Resource Planning and Training teams to deliver their business objectives of supplying the correct resource to meet demand, support the operation with the reporting of site performance, adhere to Resource, Planning and Training SLAs and deliver

Develop effective relationships with Partners and empower them to take ownership for their operational success and personal development.

As part of the Fenny Lock Leadership Team, implements operational strategy and influences future vision for Fenny Lock in line with the Partnership Plan and Partner Priorities.
