Henry Wiltshire are looking to recruit a Property Consultant/ Office Coordinator for sales and lettings in our Bow office.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team to help us

Overall Purpose: The first point of contact for the office, coordinate all enquiries and offers and report to Sales and Lettings Managers

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Assist in generating new business
Registering and managing applicants
Carry out viewings
Take offers from buyers and tenancy applicants
Support Sales and Lettings Managers
Sales & lettings progression
Managing advertisements through the property CRM
Administration

Experience Required: Some industry experience preferred

Package: Salary Upon Application Basic salary plus Commission
