Should your application be successful; an enhanced disclosure will be requested from the Disclosure and Barring Service and any contractual offer will be subject to rigorous recruitment procedures.
Your appointment will be subject to a vetting procedure.
As part of the process we have to confirm your identity and in this respect we should be grateful if you would bring with you to interview your current passport or new style driving licence plus at least two proofs of current address – such as a recent utility bill, credit card statement, etc.
If there is anything which you wish to disclose in advance of an interview, you should send this information in under separate cover for the attention of the HR Manager in an envelope marked “Confidential”.
The successful applicant for this post will be required to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). The appointment remains provisional until this process has been completed.
Information relating to any conviction provided to the school by the Disclosure service will be treated in strict confidence and will not necessarily be a bar to appointment.
