My client are looking for an experienced agency Account Manager / Client Services professional. They are not concerned whether you have digital or SEO experience – it is your amazing experience of managing clients that they will be excited about.
My client
Specialising in SaaS SEO fuelled by a combination of human expertise, data analysis, and automation.
Their skills lie in the strategic use of content, SEO, large-scale outreach and link building to get their clients organic results that match paid performance channels.
They find the leanest, most efficient and effective routes to get there. Forget the old agency adage of ‘pulling a late one’ – they’re all about working smarter, not harder while respecting colleagues’ work life balance.
They are now looking for an experienced agency Account Manager / Client Manager.
About you
At least 3 years previous or current experience as a client manager
Experience with project management tools (preferably Asana) desired
Experience managing a team
Great communication and verbal skills
Great leadership skills
Calm under pressure
Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
What you’ll get
£28,000 – £42,000 DOE – will consider 4 days per week
31-days holidays (includes bank holidays and Christmas shutdown)
2 extra days per year for each full year of service up to a total of 8.
