Learning Content Designer

Bright Matter Resourcing Ltd

We need an enthusiastic and self motivated instructional designer/learning content designer who is a team player and loves creating online learning. You would be joining a great organisation renowned for their creative work. Working with their in-house team you would be providing creative digital content to some amazing global brands and blue-chip companies. A wonderful opportunity, a real hands on role that will allow you to get involved in the end to end life cycle of learning.

The team don't just ‘make’ eLearning content, they write, design, animate, film, build and bring to life content that supports companies all over the world: A fun and friendly team awaits – They are genuinely passionate about what they do.

You would be involved with projects and customers right from the start (with a little handholding at the beginning), building strong relationships with subject matter experts to ensure you understand clients’ brands, values and needs – and working to make sure these are accurately reflected throughout the content that is created. Every day is different, and you’d be working as part of a team (all experts in their field), to build amazing learning experiences.

You would also be working closely with global clients, so an awareness of, and sensitivity to, different cultures is important. As the face of the company, you’ll need to remain professional and reliable, building strong relationships with various customers from CEOs to Customer Service Representatives.

You would be:

Working with the project managers and creative teams to ensure that projects are within budgets, scope and are running on time

Collaborating with the creative and production teams to ensure they're pushing boundaries, whilst aligning with the customer’s needs and including the content and messaging they need

Communicating with customers to obtain information and sign-off of written content

Regularly reviewing and proofreading projects with the creative team, to ensure the customer’s brief is being met

Thinking of new and exciting ways to present eLearning content

Creating engaging, high-quality stories and storyboards

Occasionally travelling to meet clients at their premises
