We are hiring an IT Professional in a full-time position, joining our high velocity IT Infrastructure team working on a hybrid cloud global IT system. A successful candidate would be a self-starting individual that can rapidly design and drive the implementation of technologies into the larger organization’s portfolio of solutions. A great investigative mind for problem solving will be a fantastic fit to join others with the same mindset.


The specific skillset that we are looking for is Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Rocky) and Windows servers, AWS, Active Directory, Oracle, and scripting (Bash, Perl, PowerShell).


The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to a wide variety of duties, including developer support, project deadlines and commitments, AWS systems management and monitoring of a client facing hosted environment, and many other aspects of IT.


Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of Linux server experience required

Distributions: RedHat, CentOS, Rocky, Ubuntu

Applications: Apache, NGINX, Bash scripts, Cron, SFTP, Foreman Optional: OracleDB, Postfix

3+ years of Windows Server Experience recommended

Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, IIS, GPO

Familiar Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM or MECM)

Cloud certifications preferred: AWS certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps

Administrator associate certifications

Experience scripting in Bash, Perl, and PowerShell

Experience with both Linux and Windows patching and patching cycles

Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a complex infrastructure and application environment

Documentation experience – all development work and system will require configuration documentation as well as maintenance procedures (Atlassian Confluence)

Must be able to work & communicate effectively with a global team & business leaders

Must be able to be flexible with hours to align with the business/team or during a security incident

Can conform to shifting priorities, customer demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Must be able to embrace new technologies and use them to innovate in new ways


Preferred Requirements

Evidence of higher learning, such as a bachelor's degree would be preferred

US Federal Government experience / clearance would be nice but is not required, US citizen is required
