Are you passionate about driving and improving channel performance across new business and renewals? As an Insurance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving AA success through managing commercial performance of our direct motor insurance channel.
You will have the opportunity to deliver against the business’s customer and commercial objectives and regulatory responsibilities. You will own a portfolio of channel activity across acquisition and retention, actively proposing changes and working with our marketing, digital and operational teams to introduce new activity to maximise commercial results, whilst balancing customer outcomes.
Ideally do you have extensive experience of driving commercial outcomes within marketing? Within this role at the AA, you’ll have the chance to really own the activity and will get access to senior stakeholders on a daily basis. What will I be doing?
Driving Trading performance across acquisition and retention to deliver the portfolio KPIs
Owning the understanding of performance of channel activity to maximise commercial results
Collaborating with business partners across CRM, Oliver, Digital, Ops, Insights, Analytics and Brand to champion Insurance business and deliver new channel outcomes
Developing and creating compelling Reasons to Believe (RTBs) and Propositions to drive an improvement in trading performance
Working with the Analytical and Pricing teams to understand drivers of current performance, identify opportunities and make recommendations to the Head of Trading to drive performance improvements
Focusing on driving self-service and its performance, through understanding performance of digital customer journeys. Work with Digital team to optimise performance of campaigns, journey performance and conversion rates
Working with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure all propositions, RTBs and channel activity work within the spirit of regulatory guidelines and work to agreed approval processes
What do I need?
Understand and have worked with cross functional team including pricing, CRM, digital and operational teams
Commercial mindset – focus on revenue and profit creation
An innovative thinker, with exceptional ability to deliver
Experience in improving commercial performance and customer outcomes in a contact centre/retention environment
Experience working in regulated subscription businesses (especially Telco or Insurance)
