About The Role
Intern Programme – 8 weeks (From June / July 2023)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in Human Resources to work in a busy HR function. You will spend time in each part of the HR department, rotating across different teams to obtain practical HR experience, including Recruitment, Training and Development and Business Partnering. You will also work on some key HR projects and present back to the HR Leadership team at the end of your placement.
Some of the activities you will be involved with will include:
Assisting the recruitment team with the full recruitment lifecycle, from managing the ATS, posting job adverts and shortlisting candidates for key roles.
Working with the HR Admin team to process HR transactions and provide written documentation for all Support Centre employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Supporting the HR Business Partners with drafting template letters, updating policies, and Mercers Salary Benchmarking.
Working with the Talent and Capability Partner supporting with learning and development programmes and ELearning activities including the maintenance and design of content.
About You
You will ideally be working towards achieving a 2:1 in an HR or Business-related degree. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You will have a good eye for detail and be proficient in MS Office. You will understand the importance of working confidentially.
