What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Associate

Hybrid Working

Salary: £40,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Supporting the full employee life cycle for all operational and administrative HR matters for London, Paris and Luxembourg.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, managing the HR inbox.
  • Supporting with administration related to the onboarding and offboarding of staff, e.g. managing the pre-employment screening checks, drafting offer letters and contracts for new joiners and leaver letters.
  • Ensure all HR systems are updated and accurate.
  • Tracking and supporting maternity and paternity leave processes including drafting correspondence, logging paternity leave requests and planning for maternity returners.
  • Supporting any events and changes throughout the employee lifecycle e.g. holiday and absence management, internal transfers or promotions and produce associated correspondence, ensuring that the HR system and all records are updated accordingly.
  • Supporting on coordination for recruitment processes.
  • Liaising with partners and hiring managers when required.
  • Supporting the Head of HR with project work.

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role in a financial or professional services firm.
  • High level of IT literacy especially HR Systems is preferable.
  • French is beneficial but not essential.
  • Professional and confident with a can-do attitude and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
