We are working on an exciting new opportunity with one of VWA's favourite clients, a wonderful boutique investment firm in the West End with a friendly team feel and very low staff turnover. The business offer a highly competitive benefits package and really invest in their staff!
This is a fantastic HR Administrator position which will involve providing support to the HR Manager across the entire HR spectrum. Duties will involve (but are not limited to):
Payroll and benefits administration – preparing calculations and online distribution of payslips
Recruitment, selection and onboarding – producing job descriptions, arranging interviews and collating feedback, arranging background checks
Maintaining training record for all staff members
General HR administrative support and taking on HR projects
There is scope for this role to grow and develop during your time with the business and potential to take on additional duties further down the line.
Salary £35K – 40K depending on experience

Hours are 9am – 5:30pm
Hybrid working model of minimum 2-3 days a week in the office, however the role will be predominantly office-based for the first couple of months to allow for full training.
