We have an exciting opportunity to join our Homesearch Team to be responsible for the delivery of our voids and allocations service. You will also be responsible for supporting Homesearch customers and current tenants to give them the advice they need to maintain a tenancy.
What you’ll be doing:
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure as you will take a key role in the delivery of the allocations, voids and new tenancy management service from initial Homesearch application to completion of the probationary tenancy period.
Effective time management and organisational skills will be required as you will take responsibility for the registration of Homesearch applications, carry out the pre tenancy processes, and selection process. You will also determine works required to a property to complete the allocation; identifying rechargeable work and raising invoices; accompanied viewings and signing up new tenants.

This post also requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout Yorkshire and you will be required to work an evening and Saturday once fully trained.
