Hours: 37.5 per week, 52 weeks per year

Are you an industry expert looking to help develop the workforce of the future? 

We are looking for a Construction Manager, a specialist in the Groundworks and the Utilities Industry, to join our Apprenticeship delivery team.  The role is to support our employers and students to start their careers in Groundworks. This is an exciting role as we continue our work with the Anglian Water Alliances to develop their knowledge and skills.   You will work closely with Anglian Water Alliances and other employer partners to design and deliver an apprenticeship programme that takes school leavers through a one-year college based programme and progresses them onto the Groundworker apprenticeship.  

As a successful Groundworks Trainer, you will have expert knowledge in the industry, key contacts and a drive to support the next generation achieve their career goals. Perhaps you’re a Site Manager looking for a change in direction or you’ve got an in depth understanding of NRSWA legislations? Your knowledge and guidance will be a valuable tool to inspire students to strive for success in this popular and demanding industry.  Don’t worry if you are new to education, the College will support you to gain the necessary teaching qualifications.
