German-Speaking Sales & Customer Service Agents WFH/Hybrid

We're looking for a German-speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres. You will be confident at dealing with customer queries and have a natural ability to influence sales. Ideally you should have a strong background within call centres previously. Although this is a German-speaking role, excellent verbal and written English skills are also essential.

The role:

  • Handling inbound/Outbound calls and emails from German customers regarding enquires, questions and navigating web platforms
  • Flexible / Adaptable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude in handling calls professionally

The Candidate:

  • We are looking for determined and professional candidates.
  • Experience in Call Centre, Sales & Customer Service Preferred
  • You will however have excellent communication skills and be happy to work in a target-based environment.


  • Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm Saturday to Sunday 8am – 4pm (Hours each week will outline in a monthly rota)
  • £10.00 p.h (including holiday pay)
  • Weekly Pay
