This growing SME have a newly created role for a Financial Controller to help transform the finance function to aid strategy and growth

  • Leading a team of 3 to produce financial information for the business to make key decisions
  • Overhauling current systems and processes , policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management
  • Review of monthly management accounts and preparation of year end accounts
  • Control of cash flow
  • Margin Analysis and Sales Analysis

We are looking for candidates from the following background;

  • Qualified Accountant with previous experience in a SME 
  • Hands-on
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to improve systems and processes to maximise business performance
  • Energetic and a will to change the status quo
