Facilities and Front of House Coordinator

West End

The Client:

A leading independent investment bank based in beautiful offices in the heart of the West End!

The Role:

This is a busy Facilities Coordinator and Receptionist position, which will involve ownership and management of day-to-day facilities while also providing excellent customer service to all incoming clients and guests. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Managing all facilities and maintenance requests/ issues

Managing and preparing facilities calendar

Oversight of Health & Safety

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

Coordination of meeting room bookings

Booking catering for breakfasts / lunches

Ad-hoc administrative duties

Candidate Specification:

Excellent communication and front of house skills

Previous experience in a reception role, ideally within a financial or professional services background

Experience of coordination Health & Safety, including Fire Wardens and First Aiders

Previous experience of facilities management, or extensive facilities coordination experience

Muck-in attitude and team-oriented approach

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Additional Information:

Salary up to £43K depending on experience and the role comes with competitive additional benefits

Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm and the role is fully office-based.
