Leading global PE firm.
Office Manager duties will involve, but are not limited to:
Supporting team with diary and travel.
Supporting with general admin.
Ordering branded merchandise.
Managing internal publishing requests.
Maintenance of online filing systems.
Completing and tracking online tracking of venues.
Seasonal menu guides.
Liaising with venues to check availability, hold, book, release venues.
The Successful Events Assistant will:
Be available ASAP
Be highly organised
Have prior events experience
Be approachable and professional
Be able to hit the ground running and get stuck in
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to adapt their communication style to different situations
Be enthusiastic and proactive
The Details and Benefits:
Salary of £40K-£55K temp equivalent, dependent on experience
