We provide automated testing solutions to maximize software development quality, compliance, safety, and security.  The Customer Success team is responsible for new customer onboarding as well as driving adoption and expansion within existing accounts. As a  Customer Success Specialists (CSSs) work closely with customers to understand requirements and key use cases.  Part project manager, liaison, advocate and support specialist, Customer Success Specialists are focused on helping customers be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for Professional Services delivery (internal and customer) projects
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers (or end users), introducing them all available Parasoft resources, including the customer portal, forums, online training, and webinars
  • Increase customer value realization from Parasoft by driving usage and adoption of these resources over time
  • Be a dedicated partner to our customers to discover business challenges and drive successful outcomes using Parasoft solutions and best practices
  • Understand and help our customers meet their objectives and KPIs
  • Drive subscription renewals, customer advocacy and long-term customer retention

Qualifications

  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Business or Project Management
  • Skills and experience working on complex development projects with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of DevOps and understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Ability to learn the Parasoft solution set and articulate the solutions to our customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately ~30%
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas, and customer-facing skills
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly test automation is a plus
  • Experience in Customer Success, Technical Support or Professional Services is a plus
