About you:

As Customer Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our global customers and ensure they always receive world class customer service. You will be a problem solver and take full ownership of the challenges presented to you. As our customer service specialist you will oversee key account customer orders, investigate complaints and handle returns while supporting the Customer Service Executives in providing first line and escalated support. You will also obtain, record and act on customer feedback to support continuous improvements companywide.

To succeed in this role, you will be a tenacious, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a customer focused approach to your work. Active listening skills are highly important for this role, as is the desire to learn and develop within an innovative and exciting organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Open order book management including updating orders with notes and attachments
  • Liaising with customers and relevant depts to ensure orders shipped in time and in full
  • Order processing and dealing with customer queries
  • Key account order processing and updating
  • Ensuring orders are invoiced correctly to the customer PO/Specifications
  • First line and escalated support for customer queries
  • Complaint handling, resolution, and investigation to determine root causes

We’re looking for individuals who have a customer centric mind set, are well organised and able to work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent time management skills, the ability to plan priorities and a solution focused mindset. You will be supporting our customers via range of communication channel such as phone, email and live chat so excellent communications skills is also essential.
