  • Answering all incoming telephone calls
  • Monitor admin email
  • Raise new job files
  • Enter details and update information on spreadsheet
  • Filing

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Remote learning with frequent assessor visits
