What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I reporting to: Corporate Receptionist

Key duties:

  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Calendar management
  • Assisting with events and working on projects
  • General administrative support

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally 3-5 years' experience in professional or corporate environment
  • IT Literate – Microsoft Office, Zoom
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
  • Great time management skills.

This is a temp to perm opportunity and so there is plenty of opportunity and room to grow, plus work with a well-known business and friendly team.
