Up to £25,000per annum depending on experience

40 hours per week

Different shift patterns between 6:15am – 8:15pm (Monday to Friday)

Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Our team in corporate Barclays Canary Wharf Health & Wellbeing Centre currently have an opportunity for Client Services Administrator. The team member will warmly meet and greet all our visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the reception with client’s journey as your top priority, excellent customer service is essential in this role.

The Role

As a Administrator your time will be split between clinic administration and supporting fitness centre services:

  • Welcome patients and members, in person, and direct them to the appropriate services

  • Manage the diaries and client appointments for GP, Physiotherapy, Beauty, Massage and sessions taking place with the fitness team.

  • You will help the department run smoothly by preparing and updating daily medical reports, processing incoming correspondence from specialist services and external healthcare providers, managing all clinical paperwork

  • Support with medical centre inventory and pathology courier services

  • Be a strong communicator with clients and employees both face to face, by telephone and written correspondence

  • Ensuring the daily cashing up and balancing of tills is completed correctly

  • As part of the onsite team you will be expected to work closely with all departments and team members to ensure consistency and professional delivery of services as a team

The Person

To succeed as a Administrator you will be:

  • Experience in a client service focused environment.

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • A team player with exceptional planning and organisation skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time-keeping

  • Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Excellent IT skills, with proven skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Ideally, you will have experience of working within healthcare/fitness administration or a relevant reception environment.
