Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. Total hours per week: 40.0
Duties:
- To act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive image both internally and externally, demonstrating support of our strategic direction
- Learn and adhere to operational procedures and systems
- Responsibility for delivering excellent customer service to all current and future AEP customers
- To complete all apprenticeship course work set by City College in a timely manner and ensure that you meet deadlines
- Handle phone calls, enquiries/messages and develop the capability to support the Ivybridge Depot Manager
- Ensure that daily job sheets, service quotations, sales orders, invoicing, good receipts,filing, scanning, and booking work for the Engineers is completed as directed by Ivybridge Depot Manager
- To ensure that any other jobs related to your role are completed in a timely fashion
- Proactively progress all orders in line with standard Company terms and direction
- Liaise with the Ivybridge Depot Manager and Service Administrator for any extra support requirements, constantly keeping them informed of workload and deadlines
- Support customer requirements regarding specification, documentation and regulatory requirements utilising internal Company knowledge to enhance this
- Assist in keeping a clean and tidy working environment in the interests of organisation and safety and maintain paperless processes
Training:
- You will receive a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard at the end of your apprenticeship
- This qualification is remote with frequent assessor visits
