BA Euroflyer is a newly formed subsidiary of British Airways operating the flying of all European routes from London Gatwick. Working for a start-up style organisation, you will be given the opportunity to make real-life changes and improvements and make a direct impact on the growth of our company.
The Role
This role is part of a small team leading the onboard customer experience. You’ll be working closely with the wider BA Euroflyer team and service partners to successfully drive the onboard customer experience and improve customer satisfaction
Leading and managing the contracts and performance of our catering and retail partners to deliver products that drive maximum revenue and an onboard catering experience that makes BA Euroflyer the choice at Gatwick.
Experience and Knowledge
Experience in Procurement and Supplier/Contract Management
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Experience in strategic development and delivering long term plans
Good understanding of the operational robustness and/or customer satisfaction, preferably within an airline environment
