Job Description:
Global media agency and consulting firm seeks a Associate Director of Media Analytics and Data Science with experience in audience measurement, media optimization and marketing science to lead analytical work across a portfolio of clients, driving innovative approaches to omni channel media, measurement and analytics. This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in data-rich analyses
Position can be based anywhere in the US
Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading/performing analytics in marketing sciences capacity at a market research, consulting, media, or retail firm with at least a year of management experience. Media agency experience strongly preferred
Experience subject matter expert on advanced analytic techniques
Strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, ad servers (e.g. DCM) and digital marketing metrics
Hands on proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
Knowledge of syndicated media research & systems (Nielsen, comScore, MRI)
Proficiency with visualization software (e.g., Tableau) and querying languages like SQL
Solid foundation in statistical modeling techniques like logistic regression, random forests, etc.
Ability to translate analytic findings to solving real-world client objectives.
Client and internal stakeholder management experience
