UCB is looking to appoint two, full time, Administration Officers to work within our extremely busy and lively Supporter Care Team. You will assist with the processing of incoming mail together with the processing and receipting of donations and the handling of inbound calls. You will need to be numerate, have a keen eye for detail and confident with the use of computer databases.
If you can offer a willing smile, professional service and calm composure while organising a busy workload then this may be the role for you.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, have a positive can do attitude and be able to manage and prioritise a diverse and demanding but enjoyable role.
This position is based at our Operations Centre in Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF.

Salary: £19,700 per annum plus staff benefits. UCB's staff benefits include life assurance of 4x salary, healthcare cash plan, and matched pension contributions up to 6%
