All Salaries quoted are for UK residents; we do accept candidates from outside the UK and sponsor them on a Tier 2 visa; however, the salary would be different.

Purpose of the job:
Responsible for supporting and developing the workshop’s mobile phone repair technicians. Working alongside the Workshop Manager you will help guide, direct, plan, instruct and strategize the engineers and their workload.

• Support and guide the technicians
• Identify capabilities of technician and identify training required
• Build a strong team of technicians
• Make sure technicians follow the right procedures and work under the best practices
• Identify targets and the commercial viability of particular repairs
• Demonstrate productivity
• Must be able to hit strict KPI’s and TAT’ while keeping a high-quality standard
• Manual handling of stock
• General housekeeping of the workshop to keep high standards
• Lead and motivate a team of different skills, abilities and delegate jobs accordingly to increase productivity and efficiency in the workshop and on requirements of the day
• Plan and complete work schedules to ensure adequate cover for persons
• Encourage a culture of continuous development and improvement of the team.
